Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently meet and exceed service levels and KPIs.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
- Provide regular feedback to team members, highlighting both achievements and areas for growth.
- Foster a motivating and engaging team culture through recognition and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing and workforce planning.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and progress.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare and present staff performance and productivity reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Travel experience is required, with familiarity in tools and processes used in a BPO setting for travel-related services (i.e. GDS, travel management systems).
- Proven ability to motivate and develop people while driving results.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifting schedules, depending on business needs.
