About the role

As the Local Collections Team Leader at Hi-Tech Smart Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments from local customers. This is a full-time position based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and motivate a team of collections specialists to achieve collection targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement effective collections strategies and procedures to optimize the collections process
  3. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and training as needed
  4. Analyze collections data and prepare reports to track progress and identify trends
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies related to collections
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a collections
  2. Team leadership or supervisory experience within collections is preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive informed decision-making
  6. Thorough understanding of collections processes, regulations and best practices
  7. Expert-level knowledge of Philippine collections regulations and compliance requirements
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
  9. Proficiency in using relevant collections and CRM software
  10. Experience with any CRM system for managing customer relationships and collections processes
