As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and service requests across phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for resolving issues efficiently, processing orders or transactions, and providing accurate information about products or services. This role includes maintaining up-to-date customer records and ensuring each interaction meets quality and satisfaction standards.
Qualifications:
At least SHS Graduate or College Graduate
At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
