AR Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate or any other business course with at least 3 years of experience.
- Great communication skills
- Organized and with keen attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US Hours and during PH holidays.
- Must be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
