Admin and Facilities Officer

GeBBS Healthcare is looking for Admin and Facilities Officer that will perform a variety of office tasks and duties to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
College Graduate with 2 years above as Admin and Facilities Supervisor experience
With vast experience in handling and managing facilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Amenable to report/work onsite - Ortigas City.
Schedule night shift and fixed weekends off.
Start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and ensure they are updated.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of meetings and other office events.
Handle office accounting duties such as invoicing, processing payments, and expense reporting.
-Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
