GeBBS Healthcare is looking for Admin and Facilities Officer that will perform a variety of office tasks and duties to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with 2 years above as Admin and Facilities Supervisor experience

  • With vast experience in handling and managing facilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Amenable to report/work onsite - Ortigas City.

  • Schedule night shift and fixed weekends off.

  • Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and ensure they are updated.

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and other office events.

  • Handle office accounting duties such as invoicing, processing payments, and expense reporting.

-Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
