Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation: Operate, monitor, and adjust feed mill machinery, such as grinders, mixers, and pelletizers, to meet production and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all feed products meet established quality and food safety standards by conducting checks and adhering to protocols.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance tasks like greasing and belt checks, and some minor repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and maintenance logs to track operations and ensure compliance.
  • Material Handling: Receive, grade, and manage ingredients, including filling bins and managing flow issues, to support the production process.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all company safety practices and regulations, identify unsafe situations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and other team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations and feed deliveries.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course or any related.
  • Advantage with 6 months work experienced in this field.
  • Wiling to work shifting schedule
  • location: Panacan plant
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php510.00 per day
