JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable Coffee Machine Technician to join our team. In this role, you will service, repair, and maintain different types of coffee machines to ensure they work properly and produce high-quality coffee. You will also help with installing machines and training customers on how to use and maintain them.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair coffee machines.
  • Troubleshoot issues using tools and manuals.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Install and set up coffee machines at customer sites.
  • Train customers on basic operation and upkeep.
  • Provide technical support by phone, email, or on-site.
  • Keep records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate or equivalent, vocational/technical training is a plus.
  • Experience in machine repair or technical support is preferred.
  • Comfortable using tools, testing equipment, and reading manuals or diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to lift heavy equipment (coffee machine) and work in different physical positions.
  • Willing to do field work
