• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all production and facility equipment.


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related problems.


• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when needed.


• Ensure timely response to all maintenance requests and reported equipment malfunctions.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.


• Promote and enforce workplace safety and proper use of PPE during maintenance activities.


• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for specialized maintenance services or parts procurement.


• Adhere to Company rules and regulations including 50, GMP-SSOP, and Food Safety standards.


• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any Related Field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
