Key Duties:

  • Monitor and analyze production processes and machine performance.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
  • Prepare process reports and maintain standard procedures.
  • Support trials and process adjustments for new products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering.
  • With experience in manufacturing is advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
