About the role

LRI Chroma Asia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our advanced manufacturing facilities. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimise downtime and maximise production
  3. Implementing and optimising maintenance schedules and procedures to improve equipment reliability and performance
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of maintenance activities
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a relevant technical field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably from paper packaging industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial equipment
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  5. Excellent communication and team-working skills
  6. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals
  7. Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
  8. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
