We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Functional Consultant to act as the bridge between finance operations and IT system functionality. This role ensures that ERP platforms are seamlessly integrated with financial workflows by gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring financial modules, and supporting core processes in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger (GL).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and operational workflows.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain ERP financial modules, with primary focus on AP, AR, and GL.
  • Conduct functional testing, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting financial processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and process guidelines.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance through ERP solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial operations, particularly in AP, AR, and GL processes.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with proven skills in documentation and presentation.
  • Willing to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
