Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery by assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, validation, and testing activities.
  • Participate in identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Contribute to risk, schedule, and quality management by monitoring project activities and progress.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support process improvement and decision-making.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and ensure that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in preparing functional specifications, process flows, reports, and user guides for implemented solutions.
  • Maintain organization effectiveness by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Engage in project communication and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Conduct basic research and analysis on emerging tools, practices, and technologies relevant to ongoing projects.
