QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic tools like Canva
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create visual content for both print and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic photo editing, retouching, and illustration.
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency.
  • Time management skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in graphic design, advertising, or creative projects (portfolio required).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


• Responsible for designing graphics for social media (soc-med) monthly content


• Drafts FB frames for photos of corporate events, sales activities, employee awards,

MOA signing and others activities for posting on soc-med.


• Creates design layout for Annual Awards invitation, plaque, photowall, Souvenir Program, centerspread for publication (magazine and broadsheet) same as with the Values Advocacy Event.


• Assists in designing branch posters, brochures, branch tarpaulin, etc.


• Delivers digital prototypes remotely, with iterative revisions coordinated via structured feedback channels.


• Given the workload of our graphic artist, we propose to have one associate to assist him/her to boost social media presence.
