We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Resident Content Creator)

First Life Financial Co., Inc. is looking for a Marketing Assistant (Resident Content Creator) who will serve as both a creative storyteller and the on-screen representative of our brand. This position blends digital strategy, content creation, and on-camera presence—ideal for someone who enjoys building brands and connecting with audiences through engaging content.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Develop and Implement Content Plans – Work closely with the Brand and Communications Officers to design and roll out a results-oriented content calendar.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Results – Track audience engagement, review analytics, and adjust initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Produce Creative Campaigns – Collaborate with the Brand Officer in conceptualizing and delivering fresh, compelling campaigns across digital channels.
  • Support Consistent Messaging – Coordinate with the Communications Officer to ensure that all published content is aligned with the company's objectives and voice.
  • Explore New Trends – Keep updated with the latest in digital marketing, social platforms, and creative tools to maintain the brand's relevance.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone creative, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or any related course (preferred)
  • Willing to be the "face of the brand"—confident on-camera, engaging, and articulate
  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
  • Fresh graduates with creativity and drive are welcome to apply
  • Former financial advisors (inactive) interested in building their influence are encouraged to explore this role
