We are seeking a mature, experienced HR Manager who can transform the HR function into a stable, trusted, and people-centered partner of the business. This role goes beyond traditional HR administration and requires a leader who can restore confidence in HR, reduce workplace stress, resolve conflicts professionally, and build a capable, resilient HR team.

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR leadership, ensuring employees feel heard, treated fairly, and supported while maintaining discipline, consistency, and compliance. This role requires strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and objectively.

The ideal candidate can balance empathy with accountability, transform HR culture, and create an environment where HR professionals are confident, respected, and effective in working with all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and transform the HR department into a credible and professional function.
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy governance.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and low-stress workplace environment.
  • Address employee concerns with fairness, discretion, and empathy.
  • Resolve conflicts between employees, HR, and other departments professionally.
  • Build, train, and mentor the HR team to improve confidence, communication, and decision-making.
  • Strengthen HR governance, labor law compliance, and internal controls.
  • Partner with management on organizational improvements and workforce stability.
  • Implement HR KPIs (turnover, hiring lead time, ER cases, compliance).

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations and a comprehensive understanding of Philippine labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and complex employee issues with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • High emotional intelligence with proven conflict-resolution and mediation skills.
  • Strong capability to mentor, coach, and develop HR team members to enhance performance and engagement.
