  1. Participates in the conceptualization of all marketing activities.

  2. Monitors the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals released to the public and recommend for future plans.

  3. Effectively implements all approved marketing collaterals.

  4. Ensures that all print, online and other forms of marketing collaterals are consistent with the branding guidelines of WCC.

  5. Ensures that all possible advertising spaces within the vicinity of the campus and media channels are utilized to promote the program offerings of WCC.

  6. Accepts request for display/posting of marketing collaterals within the vicinity of the campus and submit initial recommendation to the AVP for Business Development for his/her approval.

  7. Identify external media opportunities.

  8. Documents all advertising and promotional activities including the proper documentation of all collaterals released by the department.

  9. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
