We are hiring a Site Engineer to be part of our construction team. The job is focused on handling daily site operations, making sure all works follow the approved plans and specifications, and coordinating with the project team to keep everything on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor site activities on a daily basis.
  • Check that work is done according to drawings and standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.
  • Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure safety measures are followed at all times.
  • Assist in material estimates and quality control checks.
  • Solve site-related concerns when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety rules is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work at project sites in Southern Luzon, mainly Cavite and Manila.
