By bringing high-standard nutrition at a compelling price and package to pets and pet parents who need it, our brand empowers to increase the happiness and longevity of our beloved pets, with science-backed food, treats, and secure accessories through monthly subscriptions and our numerous stores nationwide.

Our company was founded in December 2023 and we've already met our 200-store milestone within 10 months and desire to increase our ARR through strategic e-commerce development with monthly subscriptions.

About The Role

The Marketing/Influencer Specialist is more than just a marketer — it's about channeling your passion for dogs into impactful campaigns and sales strategies that resonate with pet owners. This role is ideal for someone who loves dogs and understands the unique connection between pets and their families. As part of McDuffy's mission-driven team, you'll develop and execute strategies to grow McDuffy's brand, foster customer engagement, and boost marketing visibility across digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create relationships with influencers to help boost McDuffy's visibilities in social media.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales across all platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
  • Manage product listings, content, and promotional activities, ensuring they are accurate and engaging for dog owners.
  • Create marketing campaigns tailored for dog lovers, showcasing McDuffy's premium recipes, accessories, and lifestyle products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews to build brand loyalty and trust.
  • Identify trends in the Dog product industry to keep McDuffy at the forefront of innovation.
  • Organize and implement special promotions, flash sales, and other initiatives that align with McDuffy's mission and vision.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive.
  • Perform administrative duties and support other marketing activities as directed by the Social Media Marketing Manager.

What We Require

  • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • A genuine passion for Dogs and the Dog products industry.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC strategies
  • Creation of Marketing Budget Calendar
  • A solid understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform decisions (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with the pet care industry is highly desirable but not required.
