Position Summary

The Performance Marketing & Analytics Specialist will lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation, maximum ROI, and continuous sales growth. This role will own the performance marketing strategy, provide clear analytics dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights that directly guide business decisions in Marketing and Sales aspects.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of solid experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands.

  • Proven knowledge of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketplace analytics tools.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI/dashboard tools experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver under tight timelines.

Work Setup
