About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium product lines.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a world-class customer experience by assisting shoppers and building strong relationships Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers Achieving personal and team sales targets through suggestive selling and effective customer engagement Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards Handling cash and card transactions accurately and processing returns as needed Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, ideally within the luxury goods sector Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a naturally friendly, helpful demeanour Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and a proactive, target-driven mindset Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
