Best Tools is hiring a Sales Associate for our Naga Cebu branch

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Associate who can assist customers in choosing the right products, provide accurate product details, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role is vital in driving sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection and address their questions clearly.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and returning clients.
  • Promote store products and services to increase sales.
  • Take part in promotions and in-store marketing activities.
  • Stay informed about product updates, offers, and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep store operations smooth and efficient.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or retail preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and able to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment while meeting sales goals.
