Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Oversee client acquisition, broker relations, and sales negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales/ real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and sales processes.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
