Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and participation in corporate/client events.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on local and national real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors impacting the industry.

2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and provide tailored presentations of Alveo's project portfolio (e.g., high-rise condos, house and lot, and office spaces).
  • Premium Service: Maintain exceptional relationships with existing and potential clients, guiding them through the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to unit turnover and after-sales support.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and effectively close sales, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

3. Professional Development and Teamwork

  • Product Expertise: Attend all product knowledge trainings, site orientations, and sales meetings to maintain a deep understanding of all Alveo properties, including project specifications, payment terms, and legal requirements.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the professional standards and integrity of the Alveo Land and Ayala Land brand at all times.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and administrative team to streamline processes and share best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
