We're looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist who's not just great at answering questions, but can make every customer feel genuinely heard and valued — all through text. If you can blend speed, empathy, and accuracy in every message (without sounding like a bot), we want you on our team

Job Description:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat and email for Artlist, Motion Array, and Artgrid users.
  2. Assist customers with subscription plans, licensing, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
  3. Resolve issues and handle feedback with professionalism and empathy — keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
  4. Collaborate with the support team to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  5. Help develop standard templates and chatbot responses that feel human, friendly, and brand-consistent.
  6. Stay updated on our products, services, features, and policies to give accurate, timely information.

Job Requirements:

  1. Solid experience in live chat customer service (bonus points if you've worked with chatbots/templates).
  2. Strong written communication skills in English — you can express empathy, warmth, and clarity without sounding scripted.
  3. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
