Job Title: Encoder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Encoder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately encoding data, resolving packing list issues, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Encoding:

  • Accurately encode data from various sources, including packing lists, invoices, and other documents.

  • Ensure data is encoded in a timely and efficient manner, meeting productivity and quality standards.

2. Packing List Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve issues with packing lists, including discrepancies, errors, or omissions.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams, such as logistics or customer service, to resolve issues and ensure accurate data encoding.

3. Client Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve packing list issues, answer questions, or provide updates on shipment status.

  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.

4. Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on encoded data to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance data encoding efficiency and accuracy.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other teams, such as logistics, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless data encoding and issue resolution.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics) preferred.

  • 1 years of experience in data encoding, customer service, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Typing Test:

- Candidates will be required to take a typing test as part of the hiring process

- The typing test will assess the candidate's typing speed and accuracy

- A minimum typing speed of 45-50 words per minute is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
