Paralegal

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and various legal documents for attorneys.
- Organize and maintain legal documents in both paper and electronic filing systems.
- Meet with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to discuss case details.
- File pleadings and other documents with the court clerk in a timely manner.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and supporting attorneys with other necessary tasks.
- Draft legal documents including briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, and appeals.
- Investigate case facts and applicable laws; conduct research using public records and other sources to support legal cases and determine causes of action.
- Direct and coordinate law office activities, including the delivery of subpoenas and other legal correspondences.
- Gather and analyze statutes, court decisions, legal articles, codes, and other relevant data.
- Contact and coordinate with witnesses required to testify at hearings or trials.
- Maintain and update the law library by monitoring and organizing legal volumes and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Criminilogy, Legal Management, Forensic Science, or any related pre-law course.
- Experience in processing documents, handling transactions, or performing administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel and perform fieldwork as required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be available to start immediately.
