As a
Case Manager Assistant
, you'll help keep cases organized and on track while supporting case managers in their daily responsibilities.

You'll join a collaborative, supportive team that values learning, precision, and professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support case managers with daily administrative and case-related tasks.
  • Help draft and review basic legal documents and correspondence.
  • Gather, input, and organize case information and evidence.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and records.
  • Provide general administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus, or current student in a related field).
  • Previous back-office, administrative, customer service, or legal support experience is desirable.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Availability to work full-time on a
    U.S. Central Time
    schedule.
