About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with strong social media management and admin/CRM support skills. Your role will be to keep our online presence active and professional while supporting the back-end systems that keep jobs running smoothly.

You'll be working closely to:

  • Build brand consistency across social platforms
  • Create engaging content that reflects our professionalism
  • Support day-to-day admin tasks using ServiceM8 and Flatrate

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management (Primary Focus)

  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Facebook & Instagram
  • Design eye-catching Canva graphics and branded visuals
  • Post 3–4 times per week highlighting projects, safety tips, testimonials, and BX events
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice

2. Administrative & CRM Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Update and manage customer records in ServiceM8 and Flatrate
  • Assist with quotes, job tracking, and customer follow-ups
  • Organize files and templates via Google Workspace
  • Support with light administrative duties to save Terry time

3. Marketing Coordination Support

  • Align social content with lead generation activities
  • Maintain a content repository (photos, testimonials, case studies)
  • Prepare digital assets for partnerships and community promotions
Tools You'll Use
  • ServiceM8 (job management)
  • Flatrate (pricing & quoting system)
  • Google Workspace (email, docs)
  • Xero (accounting software)
  • Canva (for content creation)

What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing social media for small businesses or trades
  • Confident using Canva for design and post creation
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience with ServiceM8, Flatrate, or similar CRMs is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently
