About the Client: Our client operates a high-traffic online referral and content platform currently transitioning into an accelerated growth phase. Their mission is to expand their digital presence, strengthen engagement with their creator community, and optimize promotional strategies across social media. The founder is a creative professional with a strong vision, seeking a proactive, results-driven Virtual Assistant who can bring structure, strategy, and consistency to their marketing efforts.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to take ownership of the client's online presence and engagement strategy. This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day content operations, optimizing visibility, and building systems to support creator recruitment and brand awareness. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing intuition, operational discipline, and the ability to execute independently with minimal supervision.

The position supports digital brands and creator platforms, some of which operate within the adult-content and entertainment space. Candidates must be comfortable working in that environment while maintaining full professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, and others as needed).
  • Write clear, engaging, and compliant captions aligned with brand tone and community standards.
  • Ensure all posted content adheres to platform policies to maintain brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with the founder on creative concepts, while taking initiative to execute campaigns autonomously.
  • Coordinate with creators/influencers to gather promotional content and testimonials for cross-platform visibility.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to streamline content creation while maintaining authenticity and accuracy.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns across multiple brands and audiences.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports to track reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, content scheduling, and SEO optimization.
  • Maintain content libraries, media folders, and post calendars to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Help with basic website updates, product listings, and copy edits as needed.

Lead Qualification & Engagement System

  • Manage and organize large volumes of inbound messages from promotional campaigns.
  • Qualify and categorize leads before escalating to the founder or closing team.
  • Build and maintain structured systems for audience engagement and data organization.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of creator/audience motivations within this digital industry niche.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage inboxes, calendar scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare professional documents, promotional materials, and communications when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Marketing, Social Media, or Executive Virtual Assistant. (Experience in the client's industry is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and platform compliance.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple ongoing projects.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and social scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing and online communities preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion, professionalism, and respect for sensitive material.
