Position Title: HR Admin Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Head

JOB MISSION / OBJECTIVE

The HR–Admin Assistant provides essential administrative, coordination, and data support to the Human Resources Department to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of HR processes. The role supports multiple HR facets including recruitment, employee records management, reporting, training coordination, and compliance while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence.

This position serves as a foundational HR role, enabling smooth HR operations through strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, accurate data handling, and effective communication. The HR Admin Assistant works closely with the HR Head and coordinates directly with department heads and high-ranking officers on administrative and HR-related requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field

Experience

  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, good communication ability, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking and basic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare, consolidate, and present HR data and reports
  • Willingness and ability to learn across all HR facets
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with senior and high-ranking officers
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
