Summary:

The Technical Architect will oversee and contribute across the full software and project lifecycle — from solution design to hands-on implementation guidance. This role involves close collaboration with developers, DevOps teams, clients, and other project stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

Minimum Qualification:

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    as a Technical Architect or in a similar architecture-focused role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement
    modern cloud-native solutions
    with seamless integration into legacy systems.
  • Develop
    end-to-end architecture
    for microservices and enterprise-grade applications.
  • Ensure all solutions meet
    business requirements
    , scalability goals, and
    security standards
    .
  • Lead
    architecture reviews
    , proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and developer handoffs.
  • Provide technical guidance on
    system design, API standards
    , and
    performance optimization

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong background in
    backend development
    (Java, Spring Boot).
  • Experience with
    cloud deployments
    (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift).
  • Proficiency in
    containerization and orchestration
    (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in
    API design & integration
    (REST, OpenAPI, JSON, OAuth2/OpenID).
  • Knowledge of
    system integration
    tools: message queues (e.g., IBM MQ, Kafka), Redis, external APIs.
  • Security-first approach
    — including handling secrets, application hardening, and data encryption.
  • Strong
    documentation and communication
    skills for technical designs and cross-team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    : GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible (preferred).
  • Relevant
    Cloud Certifications
    (preferred).
