OVERVIEW:

  • To supervise and ensure the efficiency of the operations of Finance Department in relation to Cash management, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger;
  • To prepare and ensure timely and accurate Financial Reporting to internal and external parties to help management in making financials decisions.
  • To assist with company loan requirements; and
  • To ensure compliance to the requirements of different government agencies i.e., Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Board of Investments (BOI), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

a. With at least 5 years of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting operations 

experience preferably in the real estate industry

b. Certified Public Accountant

Knowledge

a. Philippine Financial Reporting Standards 

b. Philippine Accounting Standards

c. Philippine Standards on Auditing

d. Accounting Operations i.e., Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger

e. Laws on Taxation

f. MS Office Applications

g. Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (i.e., SAP)
