About the role

Philtech is seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and business strategies through data-driven insights. This is a full-time, on-site position with a nightshift work schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data from various sources to uncover valuable insights
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using SQL and PowerBI to track key marketing performance indicators
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to inform marketing decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Continuously monitor and optimise marketing efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analysis role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools like PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in marketing campaign performance analysis and optimisation
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
