The Qualifications We SeekBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and modeling

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)Strong understanding of financial accounting principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Background in a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, retail)Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards

Your Daily TasksCollect, clean, and validate financial data from various sources

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement

Develop and maintain financial models and reports

Prepare and present financial reports and insights to management and stakeholders

Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support

Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and analysis processes

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
