We are urgently looking for a Store Manager for Opulence Caffe with the following responsibilities and qualifications below :

Brands: Versace by Rosenthal, Fornasetti, MisuraEmme, Stosa Cucine

Responsibilities

Team Management:

· Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.

· Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

· Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

· Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.

Customer Service:

· Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

· Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Performance:

· Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

· Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability.

· Prepare financial reports and forecasts.

General

· Upholds all policies and guidelines of the company

· Keep confidentiality of all information being shared within the organization

· Supports any tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree graduate.

· Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.
