About the Role:
Join our high-energy outbound sales team in Manila as we connect with potential customers across various markets. You will make outbound calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and drive sales conversions while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
  • Present product features and benefits in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
  • Accurately document all call activities and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Follow established scripts and sales processes while personalizing conversations
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
  • 1-2 years of call center or sales experience
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems
  • Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience
  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialing systems
  • Customer service background
