JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Accounting Specialist in the Financial Analysis section is responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely reporting, providing insights into financial performance, and supporting the overall financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support financial modeling and data management for business analysis.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary data to auditors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting major courses.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • With experienced in inventory reconciliation
  • Highly analytical, well-organized, and adept with interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with the computerized accounting system.
