Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will ensure all systems and equipment function efficiently, contributing to a seamless work environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Event Setup & Execution

  • Set up livestream equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, backdrops, etc.).
  • Operates TikTok Live Producer / OBS during shows.
  • Manage transitions, overlays, product visuals, and on-screen graphics.
  • Monitor and adjust audio and video quality in real time.

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Instantly identify and resolve livestream issues.
  • Maintain backup internet and alternative streaming setups.
  • Ensure platform compliance to avoid interruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related quantitative field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk support role preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of OBS or willingness to learn.
  • Willing to work on a night shift and in a rotating shift schedule.
