Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate set designs based on creative briefs and design functional, brand-aligned shoot setups.

  • Print and organize scripts per shoot schedule.

  • Prepare and distribute call sheets to all involved parties.

  • Handle product requests and maintain inventory tracking for props and featured items.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers for host allocation and shoot schedules.

  • Assist in shoot setup, props preparation, and equipment and lighting handling.

  • Provide on-ground support during production/shoot days, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Manage ingress and egress processes at shoot locations.

  • Maintain detailed shoot logs and update pre-production trackers in collaboration with the Creative Lead.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Background to Event Styling, Production Design (Film or Theater), Events/PR, Media

  • At least 1 year of experience in production support, content coordination, or similar roles.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shoot schedules and deliverables at once.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic project tracking tools.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Knowledge in content production for digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) is a plus.
