About the role

DKC GROUP INC' is seeking a talented and experienced Hair Field Educator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing cutting-edge hair education and training to our salon professionals across Davao City Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering comprehensive training and educational programs on the latest hair styling techniques, trends, and product knowledge
  • Demonstrating and instructing salon professionals on the proper use of tools, equipment, and hair care products
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative educational content and materials
  • Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and share best practices with the team
  • Providing ongoing support and mentorship to help salon professionals enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote educational initiatives and events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a hair stylist or educator in the hair and beauty industry
  • Strong technical skills in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and chemical services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate others
  • Passion for the latest hair trends and a desire to share your knowledge and expertise
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering educational programs
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team environment
