About the role

As a Cashier at ChaYi', you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at our bustling retail store in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with purchases in a friendly and professional manner Operating the cash register to accurately process sales transactions Handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and maintaining balanced cash drawers Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area Restocking and organising merchandise as needed Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail cashier role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately Proficiency in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
