  • Greet customers warmly and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and provide correct change.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, menu items, and product availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and cashier area.
  • Monitor and report discrepancies in sales or inventory.
  • Handle refunds or voided transactions in line with company policies.
  • Support front-of-house operations during busy hours.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
  • Work experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in POS systems and basic computer use.
  • Strong numerical and accuracy skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle transactions quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and with high attention to detail.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
