We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing prompt and accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
  • Order Management: Assist with processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in eCommerce customer service.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in eCommerce, is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
