About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our TikTok Shop US customers, handling both voice and chat inquiries. Working from our office in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be an integral part of our customer service operations, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and recommendations
- Educate customers on the features and functionalities of our TikTok Shop US platform
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills to provide the best possible support
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
