Work time: 9 hours/day, 2 days off/week / shifting

Location: Makati, Philippines (onsite)

Salary: PHP 20K - 25K

Job Description:

  1. Conduct KYC reviews.

  2. Perform cancellation reviews for user accounts.

  3. Audit security applications.

  4. Monitor CMC data for accuracy and anomalies.

  5. Check rebate data for discrepancies.

  6. Identify and manage fake money accounts.

  7. Oversee market-making accounts.

  8. Handle account cancellations.

  9. Execute KYT processes.

  10. Manage SUMSUB KYC processes.

  11. Distribute and recover rewards.

  12. Handle airdrop rewards.

  13. Address issues related to wrong chain transactions manually.

  14. Set up alerts for deposit anomalies.

  15. Monitor position and volume alerts.

Job Requirements:

  1. With crypto related work experiences

  2. Self-discipline, risk awareness, and ability to handle pressure

  3. Strong sense of confidentiality

  4. Familiarity with cryptocurrency

  5. Ability work on weekends and night shifts with predetermined schedule

  6. Bachelor's degree
