Job Summary:

The General Maintenance Technician (Fitter) is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and routine inspection of company facilities. This role involves multi-skilled maintenance work, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and other repair jobs to ensure all equipment and physical areas are functional and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work – Basic wiring, lighting repair, replacing outlets/switches, fixing circuit breakers.

Plumbing – Fixing leaks, installing fixtures, maintaining drainage systems.

Carpentry and Masonry – Tile setting, partition repair, cabinet fixing, minor wall construction.

Preventive Maintenance – Regular checks of building systems (e.g., HVAC, water lines, emergency lighting).

Painting & Patch Work – Surface preparation, painting walls/ceilings, touch-ups.

Facility Upkeep – Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining tools and work areas.

Support Roles – Assisting other trades or vendors during installations or inspections.

Documentation – Logging repair work and reporting recurring issues to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge in at least 2–3 trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints

Physical stamina and safety awareness

TESDA NC II or equivalent (optional but preferred)

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in facility or property maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
