We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong cloud engineering experience and a passion for solving complex technical issues in production environments. You will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving infrastructure and application-level incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of tax platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Scope of Support

  • Infrastructure & Platform Monitoring
  • Monitor Azure services, databases, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system health and performance.
  • Configuration Management
  • Manage SaaS modules and platform settings (no code changes required).
  • Incident Triage & Resolution
  • Analyze logs, source code (back & front), execute SQL scripts, and coordinate with development and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Production Readiness
  • Validate environments prior to deployments to ensure stability and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Continuous monitoring of infrastructure and services
  • Provisioning of new infrastructure components in Azure
  • Bug fixing and root cause analysis
  • Incident triage and prioritization
  • Backend and frontend code analysis (.NET, TypeScript)
  • Clear and timely communication of incidents and resolutions to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Cloud Platforms
    : Strong experience with
    Microsoft Azure
  • Databases
    : Proficiency in
    SQL Server
    and writing/debugging SQL scripts
  • Programming
    : Familiarity with
    .NET
    and
    TypeScript
    for code analysis
  • DevOps Tools
    : Experience with
    Azure DevOps
    for CI/CD and infrastructure provisioning
  • AI Integration
    : Exposure to
    OpenAI
    services is a plus
  • Monitoring & Logging
    : Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and log analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or technical support roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred for senior roles)
