Job Summary

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by visiting prospective customers (both retail and business), promoting the company's product and service offerings, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to car accessory shops, garages, car service centers, and potential B2B clients within assigned territory.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote Blade products (accessories, parts, tools, etc.) and maintenance/service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop new accounts while maintaining existing ones.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets; monitor progress vs targets and report to supervisor.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay product/service improvement ideas to marketing/product teams.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends (pricing, promotions, new products).
  • Assist with merchandising and ensuring product display standards at partner retailers or Blade branches.
  • Process orders, follow-up to ensure timely delivery, manage collections as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Sometimes support store launches/events or product demos.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive accessories, tools, or related retail field. Fresh grads may be considered if they are highly motivated.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable doing fieldwork — traveling across assigned territory daily.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets for tracking sales, reports.
  • Customer service mindset — able to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transport could be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
