Position Overview:

A QC Document Controller (Quality Control Document Controller) is responsible for managing and controlling all documentation related to quality assurance and quality control within an organization. This role ensures that all documents, records, and reports related to quality processes are correctly stored, tracked, and compliant with internal and external standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical related course or Information Technology course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Experience in providing administrative support to the MIS or technical department
  • Knowledge in maintaining accurate records and documentation for safety, security, and compliance
  • Keen on maintaining confidentiality of information, agreements, and internal data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment
  • Works efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work extended hours, if required
  • With good moral character
