JOB SUMMARY **

The primary purpose of this position is managing our Forex business through planning, creating, and implementing effective trading strategies in the foreign exchange market. Possess a deep understanding of forex trading, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to conduct comprehensive surveys to evaluate customer needs and competitor strategies

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

  • Buying Rate: Monitor real-time FX market rates and ensure timely execution of currency purchases at competitive prices.
  • Strategy Development: Develop innovative forex trading strategies tailored to capitalize on market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on currency pairs, global economic trends, and central bank policies to inform trading decisions and strategy development.
  • Customer Surveys: Design and execute surveys to gather insights into customer preferences, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, leveraging findings to customize trading approaches and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, trading patterns, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies through comprehensive performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as research, compliance, and technology to leverage resources and drive strategic initiatives forward.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS **

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FX trading, treasury operations, or financial analysis with a focus on foreign exchange.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar financial platforms.
  • Experience in negotiating FX rates with financial institutions and platforms.
  • Familiarity with hedging instruments and risk management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,127.00 per month
